Saplings Class have had a wonderful week exploring ‘The Gruffalo’ and ‘The Gruffalo’s Child’. We have had a busy week making Gruffalo crumble, Gruffalo cakes, and Gruffalo tea! Saplings enjoyed hopping onto the Gruffalo bus, and using masks to role-play as the characters. We have used playdough to create our favourite characters, and looked for them around our school during a Gruffalo hunt. The highlight of our week was our visit from the Gruffalo himself! #earlybirds
