Year 1 Hazel Class have thoroughly enjoyed starting their PE learning this week! The children have been exploring a variety of jumping techniques, learning how to balance, stay stable and land safely with control. They have approached each activity with enthusiasm, showing how brave they can be when trying new movements and how ambitious they are when challenged to improve their skills. Alongside this, the children have taken part in a range of fun team-building activities, where they worked cooperatively with a partner to complete challenges and solve problems together.
As they tackled each challenge, the children demonstrated excellent communication, resilience and teamwork, encouraging and supporting their partners to succeed. It has been wonderful to see Hazel Class growing in confidence, developing safe movement skills and building positive relationships through collaborative play.
