During Culture Week, Year 4 Sycamore enjoyed a rich enrichment experience, drawing inspiration from Gaudí while linking their creativity to performance. As part of the Year 4 music and dance curriculum, the children used their mosaic designs to inspire expressive movement and rhythm, exploring pattern, structure and repetition in both art and performance.

Through collaborative work, they experimented with creating sequences that reflected the bold shapes and colours of their mosaics, developing their confidence, coordination and creativity. The outcomes were vibrant, imaginative and full of personality—just like the performers themselves.
