Hazel – ambitious adjectives!

Inspired by our class book Traction Man, Year 1 Hazel class designed and created their own Scrubbing Brush characters, before generating adjectives to describe them. We then used language through colour to recognise that adjectives are our ‘what like?’ words and explored where they belong within a sentence.

A wonderful opportunity to develop vocabulary, sentence construction and creative writing skills while bringing their ideas to life! ✏️✨
