Woodlands EYFS

A Little Peek Into Our Day!
Today, the children confidently explored their learning environment, finding their own special places within the classroom. Through a variety of play-based activities, they developed both their fine motor skills and gross motor skills, building strength, coordination and control.
The children worked together beautifully, learning how to form and nurture friendships through cooperative play, communication and teamwork. It was wonderful to see their growing confidence and independence as they made choices about their learning and followed their own interests.
We were especially impressed by the children’s enthusiasm for books, with some showcasing some fantastic independent reading skills and a real love of literacy.
