Science in Sycamore Class -Y3/4

This week in Science, Sycamore Class began learning about food chains and ecosystems. The children explored important scientific vocabulary, including producer, consumer, predator, prey, herbivore, carnivore and omnivore, and discussed how living things are connected. They then chose five scientific terms to research independently using their iPads and presented their findings in creative ways, such as posters and digital presentations. The children showed great curiosity and enthusiasm throughout the lesson and demonstrated our BRAVE value of being Ambitious by challenging themselves to develop their scientific knowledge and learn independently.
