Shape Your Future Week – Maple – Year 1/2

On Monday, Maple were tasked to ‘Dress to Impress’ and wow did they succeed! Each child looked fantastic and the future is looking bright for Maple. We have aspiring footballers, chefs, singers, dancers, managers, business leaders, hair dressers, doctors and seamstresses to name a few. We set up some mini interviews and asked questions such as ‘Why would you be good at this job?’ and ‘How would you solve…?’ and ‘Why should we hire you?’. I am pleased to report they got hired!
‘Your Vote Matters’ was the theme of Tuesday and we got straight into action by casting votes for things such as which story we should read next and even ‘should it be wet play?’ when it was torrential rain outside! We have had such a great week so far, we can’t wait to see how the rest of the week unfolds!
