Causes of World War One

Year 6 pupils have been developing their historical enquiry skills by exploring the key causes of World War One. Working collaboratively in groups, they researched significant factors such as alliances, militarism and nationalism, before confidently presenting their findings to the class. Using Canva, the pupils organised information clearly, combined text with images, and communicated complex historical ideas effectively. Their presentations demonstrated strong understanding, thoughtful explanation and excellent use of technology to support historical learning.
