Hazel class printing with their original handmade Collagraph Prints designed with weather symbol designs.

Year 1/2 Hazel Class have been exploring Collagraph printing, creating their own handmade printing plates inspired by weather symbols. The children developed a range of artistic skills, including designing and constructing textured Collagraph plates, building patterns and shapes linked to weather themes, applying ink carefully and evenly, and using controlled pressure to produce clear, detailed prints. They also experimented with repeated prints and colour choices, watching their original designs come to life through bold and eye‑catching artwork. Well done, Hazel Class! 🌦️🎨✨
