In Oak class we have been reading Stick Man this week. As part of our provision, we spoke about the river that appears in the story, and how the game ‘Pooh sticks’ works! We did our own experiments to see what objects might float or sink – the children were encouraged to predict what they thought might happen to their objects. This was very fun and gave the children lots of C&L opportunities! 🧬🧪
