Weekly Highlights

This week Cherry class have been celebrating Chinese New Year.  We have taste tested various different foods, choosing to add soy sauce or not. Then the children voted for their favourite food, noodles were the most popular. The children made dancing dragon puppets and showed us how they moved while watching dragon videos. We then made snakes to represent the year of the snake, using various materials. The children have enjoyed our role play turning into a ‘Chinese market’ selling fruit, vegetables and dim sum. 🥟 #earlybirds
