Weekly Highlights

Exploring the seasons. – In Oak Class, we’ve been looking at the four seasons and how the changing seasons affect the world around us. This week, we’ve been focusing on winter and discussing the ways we can see, feel, and experience these changes in our environment.
The children have been working hard to observe the differences they’ve noticed outside now that we are in winter! We talked about the bare branches on trees, frosty mornings and the chill in the air. They shared their own experiences, such as spotting their breath in the cold!
It has been wonderful to see their creativity and enthusiasm shine as they connect their observations with their artwork.
